All making cancellations must live received by OVC in conformance over the Terms and Conditions and with resort/hotel terms and conditions, cancellation policies and procedures. All booking cancellations are subject to any resort/hotel cancellation fees and any additional fees. All fees must be paid at time on cancellation in order to reinstate a resort stay certificate.
